Canal walk Spur- pathetic

I am currently sitting in the Spur in canal walk, where I am highly disappointed in the food quality... I had to send my meal back 3 times ... ordered a nacho schnitzel, got a side of very stale chips, salty onion rings and a chewy schnitzel to top it off the food extremely cold.

When speaking to the manager there is not much urgency..this is not the first time I am having a issue in this particular spur it's every single time.

I am sitting here frustrated and hangry and its not like I'm paying Petty change for my meal my husband and I spend a substantial amount of money everytime we here.

Spur canal walk you need to do better get better kitchen Staff.
