California Spur Westgate Mall

Just had the worst experience at Spur California Westgate Mall I took my one year old to redeem her birthday voucher which her father sent me a screenshot of...then the waiter named Yoyo tells me they don't work with screenshots I need to get the otp on the app, I call my partner for the otp then I sit there for a whole 15/20 minutes waiting for her to come back she eventually comes and says thes not the proper otp I tell her ok I'll pay for the birthday meal which she then tells me I can't because she put it through as a voucher I again get a hold of my partner for the proper otp which she again leaves me sitting there another 15minutes...someone else comes and asks if everything is ok I say no and they take the otp and goes to process the voucher then he brings the bill without asking me because I had another voucher I wanted to redeem then he comes with the bill and yoyo comes and they speak Xhosa as if I'm not there. I ask to speak to the manager and this guy Max comes who says he's the manager and he apologizes but so non chalant and the 3 of them so continues speaking in their language....The worst customer service experience ever.
