burnt food

Hi, I have been going to spur since I was a kid, I have been to many different spurs but never have I come across one as bad as the one at the board walk, honestly it is the worst restaurant I have ever been to, no matter what you tell their staff they have literally burn their burger patties that they are pure charcoal On bothe side of the patty, you have to literally cut off the burnt meat to attempt to stomach the burger. There nachos they always burn the outer chips litrely black. I have attempted asking the waiters with out complaining why is our food always burnt and one told me you have to stated that you don't want them to burn it, I have told them everytime since but still they burn it. I dout complain because if you do, it feels like people think you are just trying to get a free meal when actually all you want is to enjoy the food you are paying for.
