Burnt food

My family and I went to Spur, Vangate Mall in Athlone and ordered our drinks and meals. I ordered a Chicken Baguette and my sister ordered the Monday special. When the food arrived at the table one of my sisters burgers and my Baguette was burnt. We sent the food back to be fixed. My sisters burger arrived and I still was waiting for the Baguette, eventually when my meal did arrive it was burnt again and I could see layers of cheese had been out on top to try and hide the burn.The manager approached the table and told me that the next order would most likely come out the same way. Since when is it okay to serve to burnt food to a customer and when the customer complains, the response is 'sorry ma'am, the 3rd dish is going to be burnt aswell'. The service of the waiter was bad aswell, he was hardly at the table and did not check to make sure that we were fine and everything was okay. I work in the service industry myself and I am disgusted at the service I have received. I would highly appreciate a response from this. Thank You
