burnt burgers

myself and my husband was at spur on a Monday a week or two ago I would just like to say that my burgers was burnt Please check burgers when you serve it when I bite into the mushroom burger I was kinda disappointed I understand that spur is like a mad house on a Monday especially near end of month but I expected a little more
