Burning Arrow Spur Steak Ranch RIBS FOOD POISONING!

I almost died due to food poisoning because of Burning Arrow Spur ribs that were off.

I ordered Spur ribs & wings combo via UberEats on the 26th November 2019 at 21:14. When the food arrived, I ate the wings and chips first, and ate a small piece of the ribs. I could somehow taste that the ribs went off, and immediately reacted to a that small piece. Red itchy ****les popped out of my skin, my entire body started itching and it felt like I was getting an inflammation inside my throat and I started choking. I struggled breathing and quickly reached out for Allergex tablets. I then contacted UberEats on Twitter and sent an in-app message to their support team, they said there’s nothing more that the can do besides to give me a refund of which they did. I sent Spur Steak Ranches a tweet, they sent me a DM requesting my contact details and I did give them my details. But till today, I haven’t heard from them. So I need to know what happens to me because I haven’t recovered fully, who is going to cover my medical bill? I kept the ribs as proof and I kept the receipt too.

I’m not allergic to pork and I’ve always been a regular customer at Golden Canyon Spur for the past 4 years and have never suffered from food poisoning due to their ribs.
