Burning Arrow Spur

Me and my wife were ordering food from the Sizzling Steaks & Grills. On arrival the food came without onion rings. When we enquire about the onion rings the waiter said is't confusing on the menu whether they must serve the food with or without it. I showed him that the menu confirms the food comes with it. Thereafter the waiter went and fetch onion rings where it was cold on arrival. The manageress came afterwords and explained that some people don't want onion rings when ordering vegetables and salad and therefore not serving the onion rings. I am a regular client of spur but this kind of service force me to support another resturant other than spur. I would like to have feedback on this issue!
