Burned burger patties and empty childrens beef burgers

On the 02/01/2019, I visited Spur Steak ranch at sea point, we were served burnt beef patties and the children were served patties and rolls only without anything like sauce or vegetable. It was so surprising as it was not for the first time i eat at Spur, but other areas give proper service and good food
