Burned at Spur by Hot Coffee

In Short: I arrived at Spur ordered coffee order accident spilled on me burning me. I had to ask for cold cloth No proper follow-up and where offered coffee on the house to apologize. They brought the bill not honoring their commitment and paid full price. went to front same manager not attend to this. So no proper follow-up from incident to customer leaving store by manager. So I left angry, embarrassed, still wet and full of coffee, burned arm in band aid out of Spur paying a full price for injury I suffered in the Spur Steak Ranch. Now really does this sound fair? I would like to see the Franchisor accept this. A injury at one of your franchises to a customer. As a manager make sure to keep your eye on the customer from the incident up until they leave the restaurant happy and resolved I'm not looking for anyone to pay my coffee if so I will not come and purchase it from Spur Steak Ranch. But I will as far as possible not use this brand again.. I really hope you can improve on your Health and Safety protocols as well as service to injured customers in your stores. I sent this to customer care and Spur Corp today and have no response back yet.
