bottomless thursday
we went to spur in carlswald last night and we ordered the bottomless thursday special.. We ate and finished the food knowing that we are going to get another ribs again. To our suprise, when we ordered, the waiter kukie told us that we cant order again... We paid for that speacial but in actuall fact we never received it. Had we known that they wont let us get another meal as per the special. We would have ordered something else... That was bad service at its best , i suggest uou huys stop sayong people can eat as they want but knowing that you will refuse to take the order.. Very dissapointed and would NEVER consider going there again. And im just warning everyone out there about this... Nxa.. and they have the decency to charge me for that special..and no one was able to resolve this... They just wanted me to pay for that so called special, thats all they cared about

The only time a customer will not be allowed to order top ups is if the special was shared as this goes against the terms and conditions of the promo. However we will definitely get the store to investigate this issue.
