Bookings

Called the spur Cavendish branch (Ottawa) to make a booking for my son's birthday as I always do every year. I wanted to book a table for 25 people only to be told they don't take bookings for a Saturday. Totally ridiculous as I'm bring 25 people to your establishment which you've just turned down. The manager was so unfriendly but anyway I will be taking my business elsewhere. Exceptions should be made for people who are hosting parties at least. Other restaurants take bookings. Who are you spur?
