Bitter Taste and Worst Nightmare for Life

Good day, On the 27th of January 2018 I took my son and daughter to Spur Jabulani mall,a day that was meant to be a family fun day became a nightmare?.We ordered whilst waiting the children decided to go and play,the day before it was raining on that Saturday it was hot.The kids went to the play area whilst sitting I hear screams went to check on the children.I found my son lying in the floor crying hysterically and there was blood everywhere,another child in the play area was running to play and accidentally fell on my child.Which resulted in my child's foot being broken.The floor was wet at the time,what hurt me the most was that Spur offered be absolutely NO assistance.No ambulance was called nothing I had to carry my child blood and all to wait for my uncle,they responded by saying I need to buy him a bandage.My child almost lost his leg immediately when we got to Lenmed my child was taken to the theatre for an operation,as we speak he is wearing a cast that is up to his thigh.The struggle of seeing my child like this, from an active child to being like this,Spur Jabulani Mall have never called me to apologize or offer any form of assitance.My child sees a physiothe****** because of the injury he can't walk properly I'm scared that we might be told he won't walk properly ever again he has permanent damage.I missed two weeks of work because I had to nurse my injured child who at the time could not do anything.I then decided to get details of one of the managers at Spur Jabulani Mall,sent him a WhatsApp he then said to me I need to write an email to Spur detailing what had happened .I'm very hurt by the treatment I received at Spur my child could have died at their premises but they did NOTHING.I've received no call from Spur till this day, is this how you treat your customers. What that day highlighted for me was that yes your employees are not medical practitioners buy no one offered first aid assistance or something to ease the pain of a mother watching his son lying there in blood and the severity of his injury.Why was an ambulance not called ??,why was I left one to carry my child and call my uncle to transport us.Where they waiting for my child to die,and then what?.We support local businesses and this is the treatment we get.This is a nightmare WHY WHY do local businesses continue to treat people like this,when you start to complain you are seen as a pest and like to complain.Some attitudes of local business are appalling the level of disrespect is something else.If this incident happened in the North or the so called white surburb would I have endured this,I don't think so .Fix Your processes and train your staff
