birthday Song

on the 04 March we visited the Silver Mountain Spur in Blue route. I took my family and my daughter who's birthday it was to spur as we know all kids love it when they start sinning. We know its busy on Mondays and as we stepped in we told our waiter it was her birthday. our order was taken and our drinks brought to the table at that stage I reminded the waiter again as I did not want her to forget. After a while we received our food and she was reminded again. half way trough our meal we ask one of the waiters who was behind us at the till to please remind her that we are waiting and her response was they will be coming now. Food Done drinks done now we just waiting for them to come sing, because a promise to a child is a promise to a child. To our surprise they went to go sing at a table not far from ours, at this point I was boiling with anger got up and left not before complaining to the manager who took my number and said He will call me back. My number must have reach the bin as soon I left as I have not received any response. I am just really disappointed she was not just reminded once but three times, I have failed my child and so have you

Hi Hildegarde Thank you for taking the time to share your disappointing experience at Silver Mountain Spur with us. Birthdays are always so exciting and we are so sorry to read that your daughters special day was spoilt because the waiter did not arrange that she be acknowledged with a sparkler and the singing of the birthday song. We will share your complaint with the owner/operator who will be in touch with you shortly to offer feedback. Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. Kind regards Bev Cornwell Customer Care Manager
