Birthday invitations

i am highly disappointed or rather disgusted in the manner of which my query was handled by the manager of the spur @ lifestyle centre in Sunward Park,i had called Spur to book for my daughters birthday and was advised that their invitation are only in Afrikaans which i find very offencive,i was told to go download it on line which i then did.I'm however unable to e-mail it to everyone as some people don't have access to e-mail,i requested to speak to the manager regarding the above issue and he told me there is nothing he can do.they are very unprofessional as there is no deposit required and I'm told to just rock up on that day,now I'm required to book at the spur in carnival and pay a deposit there in order for me to get invitations in English.i need the issue to be attended too urgently.
