Birthday gone bad!

So on Sunday 7 June, I had my son's birthday at the Spur in Milnerton. The food were good, but something went wrong! whenthe party moved to the end i saw that suddenly everything took long, so why ? Just to find out that there are no cake for my son's party, that is after we confirmed with resonable time,according to Spur if you have 10 minors you get a free cake, what do you think of my son not having a cake after having his party there, so i was told some other party took two cakes, the worst is that they want to buy a cake at pnp .... So there were 13 kids and my son got a voucher, and yes the waiter said there is one loaded for my son, so she said the voucher was a minus on the bill and card just to find out that nothing was deducted. Remember she said it is off his card, so now i wonder do they do it to boost tips. I am very dissapointed, how do you answer a 4 year old with there are no cake, and again for that long wait to get the shock!
