birthday booking gone bad -terrible service

on Saturday was my son's 6th birthday .I booked for a small party - see booking : I would like to make a booking for Saturday 14th March if possible <br> it will be 5 kids <br> 1 baby - please provide baby chair <br> 6 adults -if possible I would like to have 2 tables - one for kids and next to kids a separate one for the adults <br> It is my sons Birthday he is turning 6- balloons would be great if at all possible <br> we will be there from 10.00 until approximately 12.00<br> Firstly no one responded - so I called to reconfirm that the booking was made on Friday as I had not received any confirmation as requested. Telephonically I discussed the details as per my email and requested to be as close to the outside play area as possible - the person I spoke to assured me all will be done ! no problem mam -really happy about the confirmation and thought all was on track.<br> On Saturday we came to one table stuck at the back end as far from the outside play area as you can get - adults and kids had to squeeze into one big table! uncomfortable and now annoyed I requested to move as per my original booking my hubby didn't want to cause a fuss !they didn't even sing for my son! How embarrassing I felt like a fool
