Birchwood spur steak ranch - incompetence

I am seriously questioning if in future i would ever set a foot in spur birchwood. The total disregard of what the customer wants and straight to my face to say after the 4th time i forgot to order no stock. And then to say our sales analysis says no sale in a year and i know for a fact i have been purchasing the product for the past year on a weekly basis? I am not fool and i wil not be taken for a fool rather take an executive decision and say we dont want to supply the customers needs.... I will not set a foot in your establishment and i will voice my level of satisfaction to peers aswell as social platforms. I am not an unreasonable person but really come on now ... Evaluate the level of skills required by staff employed after the 4th intervention by myself and guidance to still fall flat on your face? Is this how spur steak ranch does bussiness in the time of covid ... I spend a minimum of R2500 a month at this spur quite sure other francises would offer a stellar service!!!
