Birchwood Spur Horrible service provider

Birchwood spur on 15 August 2020. My husband took his granddad out for the day at spur where they sat down to wait for a waiter. They waited 20 minutes where no one even bother to give them a menu or even go to their table. And when I gave them a call to confront them they put the phone down while I was talking!!
