biltong buffalo wings

We went to Spur Tokai on Saturday 29, the staff seemed overwhelmed from the onset. We never again the waiter who seated us, and was served drinks by another. The food came much later. I ordered buffalo wings with a side plate of chips. The wings were dry even though they were swimming in sauce. Like they had been over fried or left to sit for too long and so were we the chips. The side chips was much better. The beef burgers that my kids order looked like they were just made in a hurry, I promise you everything looked like it was done just to get it over and done with. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I thought of letting it go in shop just so that I could enjoy my boy's birthday but things like this should not go unsaid. I would have gladly waited for another 30 mins just so that the wings come as they should, succulent not biltong dry....
