Biloxi Spur Steak Ranch Shell Of It's Former Self.

The Biloxi Spur Steak Ranch use to be my favorite restaurant to eat at however the past 2 visits it was a complete disappointment, the first time we went as family, they served us the most disgusting filtered coffee that was clearly the last coffee beans the bottom of the barrel, the flavorless pale beans, it was just awful, they "tried" to make again for us but it was the exact same taste, dam water, eventually they gave us coke that was paid for, not an apology drink, but we let it go.

The second time was exactly yesterday, my wife and I came in for some alone time, a break from the world and we ordered our usual, our bottle of wine and half potion cheddarmelt schnitzel with no onion rings and pepper sauce, and we waited... and waited... and waited, eventually our wine came along just for us to wait again for another 20 minutes and mind you it was not busy we got there around 3 and it was going in for 4:45, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they making it extra divine for us, but alas it was not the case, the food comes in and I got more chips than my wife, and our schnitzels and extremely crispy like it was a kfc crunch burger, it's like they forgot it in the fryer and I'm sure they did and to top it off they cheddarmelt was literally a single slice of cheddar, I'm sorry I paid a extra 30 bucks for a single slice of cheese? If that was case I would've brought my own cheese, even the waitress was barely there like we got covid the way she kept it her distance, but immediately ran to the front we went to go pay in front since no one came to give us the bill like damn this was our go to restaurant man, it just saddens us that another place we love to eat at is a former shell of itself.
