BEWARE OF SPUR STEAK RANCHES E-GIFT VOUCHERS

Spur send me an e-mail inviting me to buy a e-gift for R200 and they will add another R50 which I did. However the e-gift only shows the amount of R200 not R250. I contacted Spur Customer Care and informed a lady named Jessica what happened. She said I was supposed to enter a Promo Code. BUT nowhere on the e-mail send to me by Spur is a Promo Code !!!! The lady said she will inform their Marketing department of this error and it could take up to 48 hours to resolve. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!! POOR MARKETING BY SPUR !!!!!!
