Better Service

Having recently complained about the shocking service at the Spur in Malvern, I yesterday went back to the same Spur for breakfast. I had been phoned about my complaint and assured that the service level would be improved. I would just like to say that you stood true to your word and eating at the Malvern Spur was a pleasure. I hope you keep this up. Well done!!
