Better Management

Went to the Sausalisto Spur in heidelberg today, One of the waiters got an order wrong and the manager was screaming at her infront of the whole staff and us as customers this is totally unacceptable as a person working in HR you don't humiliate staff infront of everyone Think the waiters name is mandisa if I'm not mistaken I'm so sorry you had to experience that 😔

The manager was a African guy but really rude he yet went back and embarrassed her again, If this is the way that spur works they will not be seeing me anytime soon I'm all for people and respect 💯
