Best Service ever gotten

Hi, Just thought I'd come do the effort and give you guys a good review because of the amazing service I received. It's the least I could do. We went to Spur at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit on Saturday the 18th of Marth around 6pm until 9pm and we were a lot of people mind you. The waiter was amazing, kept checking up on us but not so much that it's annoying. She really knew the menu inside out and could really recommend things. The waiter was wonderful with the kids and also was very thoughtful when it came to my father who has medical conditions due to his age. When arriving at Spur, staff all over greeted us with smiles and the same happened when we left after the evening. Different waiters also came to assist us when we wanted to take photos ect. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole time we thought we were being punked and that someone would jump out and say "Got Cha!". It was just so unbelievable I can't describe it. Some of ours kids were playing in the play den and a staff member was looking after them at all times. Ever so ofthen some kids would try to wonder out on their own but the staff member always knew exactly where the parents was and made sure the kids got to the parents if wanted. We actually went and thanked this staff member personally for the great care. She really also made sure the kids play safely and don't hurt each other. We were so impressed with the service that we decided to go back for breakfast the next morning. Unbelievable, we got the exact same service again from completely different staff members. They even came out to our table and asked we are happy and satisfied with the food on our plates, I mean common wowza who does that? All in all, amazing service from Spur at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit. Thank you guys, I'm going to be recommending you to everyone in Nelspruit from now on. I'll be sure to come back A LOT.
