Best Service at Dakota Spur Northgate.

I have and I mean never come across customer service like I did tonight. I waited over 20min for a waiter to even come get my dinner order. I left saying to the manager that I'll pay for my drink but the reason for me not leaving a tip, was due to terrible service. Was I in for a surprise, not only did they refund me my drinks bill but gave me a complimentary meal. Themba Buthelezi even sat and had a meal with meal, explaining how the system of complaints works. What an absolute legend of a man!!!! You hired the right person for the job! Working himself up from a grilled, is truly an inspiration. Percy Mahlangu was nothing but helpful and so kind in her. She really was brilliant at assisting me. Pinky Dube was just as much a legend. Helping me with change for the car guards when she really didn't have to. I don't know who the owner of Dakota Spur at Northgate is, but he certainly has 3 amazing staff members and he better look after them. You don't get service like that in South Africa in 2025, any more! Well done guys and I'll definitely be back!!!! Warmest regards Michelle
