I always experience the best customer service from this place, especially from a lady called Phosiso who stays in Cosmo city, she doesnt mind taking timw to talk to u as a customer and making you feel at home... I know this is the kind of management I'd love to have for my own company, she doesn't think for herself in any case and makes everything about the business.
