Been shout at

On 29th May we went to the Spur after making sure about their closing time which their website said 23:00, we got there at 22:03 and walked in the doors were not locked. The sign on the door also said they close at 23:00 but we were greeted with some lady yelling at us from across the room to say they were closed, when we tried to tell her the website and the door both said 23:00 she just said its head office's fault they need to change both of them and again this was shouted at us from across the room while other people were finishing off their meals. So we left and the following day I went onto their facebook page and wrote a complaint. i only heard back from them on the 3rd July asking for my con tact details which i sent off right away. Its now the 27th July and I have still not heard a word or nor have I been contacted. I cannot believe the awful service.
