Because its burger night-it happens

It was my 2nd ****ing anniversary and my husband decided that we will go to supper at spur. Upon arrival we waiting about 30 mins to get a table and we ordered our meals. I had order the Monday special which was a beef burger. When we received our meals we dug in and I had my first bite and when I looked at the patty it was still pink and almost ****** if you will. I call the manager and he took the meal back and when he brought back the same patty it still was not cooked the only difference was that it was now burnt due to the sauce. I returned my meals and couldn't even finish my drink as I ended up feeling sick. I wrote to spur and when the manageress called me regarding this she said it was a petty matter and that since Mondays is buy one burger and get one free it gets too busy and it happens as there is too much to cope with...I am very disappointed as the meals aren't cheap and when you go to a place like spur you expect the best service and food. I hope that Monday is not the same scenario......disappointed customer....
