Be Vigilant When Buying Ribs at Spur Alzu

Be vigilant when ordering take-out Ribs at the Spur Steak Ranch in Alzu. About 10 min ago we ordered 600g of Ribs for R155,00 and got 400 or maybe less... We caught the discrepancy because we opened the box in the parking lot. If we did not we would have only found out once we crossed the border and could not return... The manager was conceited saying the Ribs were 600g and shrunk to that amount during cooking... He insisted we were delusional and that out of the kindness of his heart he will add 200g... When we asked him to show us a raw product he refused and said I was drunk and he cannot talk to me... which is not true...

Long and short check your orders before you leave... We ultimately requested for our money because there was no solution to our complaint instead we are berated... We left before getting ourselves into trouble by responding decisively to the arrogance and insults of the store manager on duty...
