Be vigilant

I had an issue with a waiter *****ing my points for the bill and withholding some information but I made a complaint and I was contacted by Brandon, one of the managers and he sorted everything out and made up for the actions of their employee. Overall spur needs to check their waiters because *****ing points isn't something new to happen to me, this was the second time by 2 different people at 2 different restaurants but once alerted, the managers acted swiftly.
