Bday spoiled due to incompetence!!

<p>Made a booking on Monday, 20 Feb 2017 for Friday 24 Feb 2017 at 19h00. The booking was made at the store with the manager. When we arrived at the store at 19h10 we were told that there was no time with our booking and they will try to accommodate us. The manager on duty was trying her best but the night was already spoiled. This morning 25 Feb my dad got a call from the store and was informed that we only arrived there at 19h45 which was the time we were actually seated. Nothing was done to compensate us for the mistake made by them and they have the audacity to tell us we were late.</p>
