bday girl left disapponted

On Saturday 24 Oct 2015 our grand daughter turned 9 and asked to go to movies and Spur for lunch with some of her cousins. On arrival at Spur we informed the ladies at the door ofthe birthday and were informed to tell the waitron and that they would sing their birthday song for her and she would receive ice cream .This made her exited as this was what she wanted. We placed our order for 6 meals together 15 minutes later only 3 parts of the order arrived at the table our waitron nowhere insight. Another 10 minutes goes by and another 2 meals arrive every one was eating except the bday girl. We called a manager who the brings her a plate of chips. When her food finally arrive I remind our waitron about the Bray and am informed they are coming. We then try to order dessert which also does not arrive. Frustrated we ask for the bill and lodge a complaint with management . our grand daughter was so disappointed cause she did not get what was promised. We are still awaiting feedback regarding our complaint. I don't think we will ever support that branch again
