I am really dissapointed with the treatment received from Northgate branch Store manager. My friend an I visited Northgate Spur branch on 27th of August 2023 for lunch at around 11 am. The manager approached me and my highly pregnant friend to move as the patrons sitting next to us were uncomfortable as I had sinuses because of aircon. We are very unhappy with the approach from the manager on handling the situation. If treatment of customers is prioritized based on the ethnicity of clients than Spur group is far behind in terms of customer care. KINDLY TAKE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR DIVERSITY TRAINING AS BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CAN TARNISH YOUR REPUTATION BADLY.
