BAYSIDE MALL SPUR SUCKED TODAY MY KIDS JUST WANTED TO GO HOME

Today I took my kids for their monthly Spur treat at Bayside Mall Tableview Cape Town and was so disgusted at the service and food we received. This was my third time at the Resturant since the revamp I previously had such good experiences the last two times as the Indian lady manager made me and my kids feels at home always checked on us advised us on meals ect even checked if we ok that I thought ok let's make this our normal spur Resturant to go to for the kids monthly treat but today was horrible . I ordered a guava fruit shake it was horrible the texture asked the waitron to make it thick cause it was water. Then I ordered a gucumole burger of which a teas**** literally of gucumole was on the burger we sat a bit packed our food paid on leaving I advised the person at the till who I presumed was the manager that I had a horrible experience drinks and food wise even after telling the waitron of the experience she didn't even offer to rectify it neither did the person at the till rectify it she just said Sorry y didn't u call a manager on the floor well I informed the waitron and then a second person at the till yet they left me leaving with a sour taste ony mouth of Bayside Mall Spur. This is the worse experience I have ever had at Spur where no one cared about rectifying the experience. Spur has a good reputation for food and service I hope this review helps Bayside Mall Spur improve I must say the Indian lady manager is the only one who ever greets smiles and welcomes people there. I didn't see her during our visit hence we just packed up our food and left. Was a start to November
