Bad/No service

On 2019-07-02 myself and my daughter went to Tawny Creek Spur in Pretoria North. We stepped into the Spur at about 0945. There was no one at reception. After waiting for about 5 min the manager eventionally took usnto a table. Was told by him a waiter would be with us shortly. After 5 min no waiter. But manager could help get orders from other people. We decided to leave. While wallking we were actually told by the manager to have a great day. After telling him that we got no service he ask. "What about a free coffee" . We kept walking. He said what about a free breakfast. I kept on walking. Why must i be bribed to stay after i got no service.
