Baddest service ever

After the whole "boycott spur" tragedy we decided to visit Silver Woolf Spur in Brakpan on Friday (27/10/2017) as it is the only steak ranch in our radius. Me, together with friends got there and asked for a seat in the smokers area. According to them it was full so we said we will sit and order drinks so long while we wait for a seat in the smoking area. The drinks took forever and got there warm. I orderd Sangria wine that the served me in a draught glass without a wine glass or any ice. After about 30 min we moved inside the smoking area. We waited about another 30 min for the waiter to come get our food order. When he eventually got there we ordered and waited about 45min just for the food. The food got there ice cold. The chips were so oily and we had to send back the onion rings as it was so gross with oil. Not the normal famous spur onion rings we wanted. We had to send back our chicken wings as they were dead cold as well. My fiance orderd a chedermelt burger and it got there with our the mushrooms. My other friend orderd a old school burger and the bun was so hard. We didn't even send those back as we knew it would take to long and it was 22:00 already.

We thought to give spur another try but never again will we go there. You were supposed to give the best service to recover from your losses due to the boycott. The food weren't cheap but really up to bull! This is unacceptable!!
