Baddest service at spurs Montecasino

I've never ever been treated so bad at spurs ,but the one at montecasino,gosh I had the most baddest experience in my life ,I went there with my family to have some quality time with my family but it turned into a horror,when we got there ,the was no space for us to sit,so the took our names for when these an open space they can give,us the lady who was taking our names was so rude,cause we ask her if I can get a chair while we were waiting cause ,I'm pregnant and can't stand for long,she said these nothing she can do,and left us just like that,until some other lady assist me and gave me a chair,we waited for long,while people who came after got the tables to sit,we had to complain cause no one was attending us,even after getting the table the person who was assisting us was so slow ,we had to wait for our food for a long time,he even forgot to bring us water to wash our hands,unit the manager,so that there was something missing and she bought us the water to wash our hands,when we asked the guy who was assisting us why he didn't bring us water he told us some story that didn't make sense,to top it all we asked him to put our food in take always,he packed us bones,I felt that we were disrespect by him,I still can't get it out of my mind cause I spent a lot of money,after being treated like that
