Bad Smelling Ribs @ Gordon's Bay Spur

My partner & I went to the Sunset Bay branch in Gordon's Bay on Saturday. After the first bite into the ribs, she could taste and smell how off the meat was. We called the waiter, who immediately took it away without hesitation (as if they knew there was something off) and said she would advise the manager. She came back a few minutes later saying they would make another. We obviously declined as there was no guarentee it would be any different. At no point during the complaint did the manager actually come to our table to apologize, explain or reassure us as customers. Along with the food issues, the airconditioning was not working in the smoking area and the windows could apparently not open either. Guaranteed I will never eat at this branch again and will make sure I advise anyone wanting to eat there not to.
