Bad services for R349

Me and my wife decided to eat out since we were staying in cosmo city we decided to go to spur Northgate as we wanted to have a good Nyt out and a good meal, when we arrived there nobody welcomed us it was not that busy at the time at our arrival ,we had to request for a waiter which the manager told us his coming ,the waiter was not friendly ,poor standards it was like hs first not probably trained ,he bought us the knives and folks by hand were putted on the table without the side plate ,drinks did come on time but the food was cold ,not even the management was checking the floor as customers to check if we okay ,never again I will ever go to that branch with such bad service no apology was given ,the waiter didn't even have the name tag ,really disappointed.
