Bad services at Falcon Arrow Spur

Sunday 1st December 2019 my family and I went to Falcon Arrow Spur at the Southgate Mall. The treatment that we received was very bad. Never had I been treated like that at any other Spur. We we taken to a table, were told a senior waiter will come and attend to us. We sat and waited and waited and waited and.......... Then I noticed that people that came in afterwards were served. I told my family that we were going to have our meal elsewhere. On our way out, a waitress came but I told her we were going as we were waiting for too long. Next minute a lot of people came running to us to convince us to come back. I was no longer interested in having my meal with them. Then out of the blue a manager appeared. He also tried to make me change my mind but I was not in the mood to go back. He promised to call me and guess what? I am still waiting for him to call me. They do not deserve a single star from me. If I could, I would not have given them anything.
