Bad services and old over cooked food

Called tonight to order 4 rib burgers,when i went to collect the lady at the desk had an attitude towards my husband as he ask for some extra sauce...we left after the nice waiter(guy) helped him we get home to find all our burgers are squashed flat first it wasnt a problem but when i realised all 4 are like that i was very dissapointed then when we started eating the onions was very over cooked hard as hell and the roll is old
