BAD SERVICES

I sent an email to Head office on the 15th March 2024, complaining about the bad services I received whilst celebrating birthdays at the Suncoast and Cornubia Branches. The Manager and waiters were very unaccomodating when it came to their services. refused to let us sit inside at suncoast without proper explanations. it was not very busy and the Waiter was not to be seen. Cornubia the service from the waitress and Manager was bad. It was also not busy. there was more waitresses than people. we had to call so many in order to get our order reheated. the hot veg was so cold. We ordered birthday special for the kids. the waitress didn't give out the lucky boxes. I had to make an extra trip the next day to collect. it was a disappointed for the kids the night before. We always support Spur because of the variety of vegetarian meals, however absolutely disappointed at their services. I sent emails directly to cornubia to find out about parties. no reply since. sent an email to head office and still no reply.
