Bad service, unpleasant food.

We went to Silver Arrow Spur yesterday. We walked in, there was no waitress/waiter. We had to ask the manager to designate a waiter/waitress for us. We had to get ourselves a table. We ordered food, we specifically asked for our rumps to be well done, my mom’s rump was rare. Our waitress took it back to the kitchen and the manager brought it back and it was medium rare not well done and covered in a lot of sauce. The manager was not understanding and said my mom should’ve said she wanted it really well done. They offered to make a new meal for her, add wings and prepare a new rump steak for her. They offered to make a new meal as she couldn’t enjoy the meal and it had to be taken to the kitchen twice, she had already lost her appetite. We left immediately after my mom’s meal was done and put in a takeaway bag, when we got home, the meal had no wings just steak.

It was a very unpleasant experience for all for us as not everyone got to enjoy.
