Bad service the standard

Second time visiting Manitoba Spur and will the 1st time it was busy and we did not get value for money. Bottomless wings and rib and well could not even get 1 refill. Yesterday took wife and kids and well there was 6 or 7 tables with people and the waitress still made a mistake with my order. Asked for steak and wings, lady asked me plain or spicy . I asked for normal bb basted and she said ok. When i received it was plain, after speaking to the manager they took the wings back for basting. Did that and it came back looking nice but under the sauce it was plastic and dried out. Her fault, i had to pay. Recommendation don't visit unless you looking to spoil your day.
