Bad service Sunset Bay Spur in Gordon's Bay

To whom it my concern

On the 28th of December 2025. Myself and my family with some friend stopped at Gordon's bay Sunset Bay Spur for supper and some dessert. But on arrival we had to wait for 15min at the door before we're shown to our table. We got to our table and waited for an hour before any waiter or manager at Sunset Bay Spur ask if we have been attended to. We decided to leave and get something at elsewhere.

We are very disappointed in the over all customer services, people who arrived after us was nice greeted and shown to there table and immediately there orders was take for the waiters, we had to try very hard to get any waiters attention. We have ask for the manager on shift and not very eager to help to resolve the issue. Sorry 0 stars for this Sunset bay spur in Gordon's bay
