Bad service spur giyani

The service is very bad and unprofessional I called spur giyani and spoke to nkatekile To book table for my son's birthday Saturday She told me they will prepare table for us outside and when got there I was told they don't do birthday weekends the manager was very rude . We waited more than hour no one attended us . I had to complain it was so bad they ruined my son birthday n he was crying and the kids were hungry after I complained someone came to help and food took forever and it was cold they didn't even sing happy birthday for him . I am so disappointed by very bad service
