Bad service Spur client service

Hi, on 30 Sept 2020 I received my birthday voucher. On 30 Oct 2020 we went to Navaho Spur Brackenfell for dinner. Upon presenting my Spur card and bank card requesting that both vouchers, one voucher for R50 and my birthday voucher(R100). Manager returned and informed us that there is only a R50 voucher on and that I must contact their call Centre on Monday. I did leave the place with bitter thoughts, contacted them on Monday, where they required to get my telephone number. Nearly 3 weeks have gone past, no contact.please assist
