Bad service Spur

Today I went to spur at Baywest mall and the service was very bad. We waited about 20 min for someone to take our order and we had to ask repeatedly for someone to take our order. Then they had to retake our order and my wifes food was cold. We waited another 10 -15 min to get the bill that we had to go to the front desk to pay

Very disappointed !
