Bad service Sick from their food

I took my kids on the 8th October 2023 at 7h45pm and ate the Mohawk meal, my daughter ribs and chips my son bacon and cheese pizza. We got home we were sick runny tummies mine was so bad I was even bleeding from the back. I called the shop and was told the manager would call. He never called until I called again after 2 hrs. He insisted that I'm not telling the truth as I need to go to the doctor and asked him who will be paying for that, my time to go there and fuel. He was a bit sarcastic and told me that he would speak to the head office and I'm still waiting for feedback. My cousin tells me a lot of people have been sick from this Spur in randfontein and it's because their fridges cannot be sustained by their generator and we are eating rotten food. Please be aware of this Spur and poor management. The manager asks me what should he do, very sarcastic, who is the manager of the store? Myself or him
