Bad Service - Second Time

After a previous bad experience at Glen Garry Spur, we decided to go there again on Sunday past.<br> What a disappointment, NEVER will I go there again.<br> Not only was the food quality poor, but the waiter paid more attention to the table next to us being occupied by one of the managers friends or family members, than to the rest of her tables, of which as far as I could see consisted of only our table and the one next to us on which the managers guests were seated.<br> I've been a waiter myself some years back, so I do see things and understand if there is problems, better than most customers might, but the experience we had Sunday past, I do not want again.<br> Waiting exceptionally long for food is one thing, but not being offered refills on bottomless coffee or being offered more drinks while waiting is something else. Then to top everything, needing to request an refill when the food is delivered to the table, and the cup then being handled by hand around the rim where I have to drink from and not in an saucer, make you want to stand up and walk out.<br> Does the waiters even get training nowadays, to what extend? It seems they don't know how to serve, and their product knowledge I lacking
